How do I use it?
Charge it fully with the included Type-C cable, power it on, choose your intensity, and glide the silicone ring slowly over the target area (arms, legs, shoulders, back, or core) in smooth circular motions for 5–10 minutes. Use it morning or night, before or after workouts.
Can I use it every day?

Is it waterproof?
